A little off the beaten path but today's mail brought a beautiful canvas print from an old friend - okay someone with whom I've been friends for... okay old. :-) For non-locals, it's a picture of bleachers in a gym built approximately 1953. For locals of a certain age, eyes may mist over as memories come flooding back. And it exemplifies traits I want to reflect in tax/CPA world. Warmth... community... character... strength... those are words that come to mind as I reflect on times I've spent "in the house" long before "in the house" was a thing. So thanks, friend.
